RENTERS AND DRIVERS AGE: At least 23 years old. Maximum age limit 75 years.

DRIVER’S LICENSE: The driver must have a driving license that held at least 2 years. Driving license printed with non-Roman Alphabet (Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Cyrillic etc) must be complemented by an international driving license.

MINIMUM RENTAL: Three days

DELIVERY/COLLECTION: Service to/from airport is for free. Delivery/ Collection at the airport from 08:00- 23:00. Our company is not responsible for any flight delay.

PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE (PAI): Free of charge.

GASOLINE: Renter is responsible for the gasoline consumed during the rental. Renter must return the vehicle with a quantity of fuel equal to that which existed at the pick-up. If the vehicle is not returned with the same amount of fuel, the renter will be asked to pay the fuel cost consumed.

ROAD ASSISTANCE: Roadside Assistance Package is 2€ per day covers any roadside assistance for fuel service, dead battery, key lockout.

ADDITIONAL DRIVER: 3 euros per day

TYPES OF PAYMENT THROUGH OUR WEBSITE: When you book through our website, you can pay 20% of the total price, the rest of the amount can be paid at the time of delivery by cash or credit card or debit card. Reservation is acceptable via credit card, debit card, phone call or email.

PAYMENT AT YOUR ARRIVAL: The deposit amount can and will be reserved only on a valid credit card. Debit Cards, Maestro Cards, Revolut or any other type of prepaid cards are not accepted and cannot be used as guarantee cards. VISA & MASTERCARD cards are accepted. All Cards must be presented in a physical form. Payment or guarantees at the counter with contactless technology, virtual cards, prepaid cards, Postpay, Gift cards will not be accepted.

INSURANCE PACKAGES: The renter’s responsibility can be reduced under the condition that the Greek Traffic Low is not violated.

BASIC INSURANCE Collision Damage Waiver
Included in the price. Limits your financial liability in the event of collision-related damage to the vehicle to 900 euros for groups A1, A2, B1, B2, C2 which are small, small automatic, medium category and 1200 for all other groups like medium automatic, cabriolet, SUV, family category.
Theft waiver: Limits your financial liability in the event of theft or attempted theft of the vehicle to 900 euros for all groups.
It is mandatory that the renter call the road assistance company indicated by the rental company for the recording of the accident and the photographing of the vehicle.

FULL INSURANCE WITH EXCESS REDUCTION
Limits your financial liability in the event of collision-related damage to the vehicle to 400 euros for all groups. In the case that is not your fault you pay nothing, zero 0% excess.
Theft waiver: Limits your financial liability in the event of theft or attempted theft of the vehicle to 400 euros for all groups.
It is mandatory that the renter call the road assistance company indicated by the rental company for the recording of the accident and the photographing of the vehicle.

FULL COVERAGE
Limits your financial liability in the event of collision-related damage to the vehicle to 0 euros for all groups.
Theft waiver: Limits your financial liability in the event of theft or attempted theft of the vehicle to 0 euros for all groups.

INSURANCE FOR TIRES AND WINDOWS
Access International car rental gives you the opportunity with an extra cost of 3€ per day not to pay anything in the case of damage to tires and windows

For all the Insurances are not covered: Damages caused intentionally or by negligence, damage caused as a result of a breach of the rental agreement’s terms and conditions and damage caused as a result of fire, acts of God and terrorist attacks.

Are not covered damages caused inside, underside, the top of the car, vehicle in transit, smoking, tar, lost keys, damages by incorrect fuel, loss of personal belongings?

BABY SEATS: There is a charge of 3€ per day.

TRAFFIC FINES: Tickets and subsequent administrative sanctions resulting from traffic violations during the rental period are at the renter’s responsibility expenses.

PARKING: Is allowed only in authorized parking zones.

TAXES: The prices include VAT.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Minimum rental time 3 days. If the rental time expires then the driver will be charged with one more day.

CANCELLATION: is acceptable at least 2 days before the arrival time. If the driver does not proceed to take the car he will be charged for the rental.

NAVIGATION SYSTEM: Navigation system 5 euros per day.

Incident administration fee: hundred euro plus tax.
